Rental Policies

Important rules

-Published rates are based on a single group departing and returning to our dock.

-Total number of passengers throughout the course of a rental may not exceed the USCG capacity of the boat.  Switching on and off will only be allowed at the discretion of Pierless Boat Rentals.

-Large groups(non-family units of more than 12) must make prior arrangements for rentals.  Due to the  increased risk exposure of large groups, special arrangements need to be made to ensure the safety of all  involved.  Additional charges may apply.

-All passengers and drivers must sign liability waiver before boarding.
-No grilling or smoking on any boats at any time.
-Boats returned with stains or messes will be charged a cleaning fee.

-No pets over 20 pounds.  All pets must be declared prior to rental.

-Pierless Boat Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not in compliance with these policies.  There will be no refunds if this is the case, so please read carefully.
